Customers or end users (referred to as “You”, “Your” or “Yourself”) are requested to read our Terms & Conditions (referred to as “T & C”) each time you visit our website as these T & C are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

All products / services and information displayed on the website constitute an "invitation to offer". Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the T & C as listed below. The website reserves the right to accept or reject your offer.

 

Once you have placed an order through the website, we will notify you by sending an email to confirm the receipt of your order and therefore start processing your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the products ordered. The sale of product by us to you shall be complete when goods are delivered to you or to your transport agent/courier agency. The Company provides the goods and services to you subject to the T & C.

 

Please read these T & C carefully. These T & C, as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the company and you. These products are sourced from either branded manufacturers or wholesalers and are offered at reasonable prices.

 

Products are aligned to different categories and sub-categories on the website. Select the product(s) you wish to buy and add them to shopping cart. Proceed to checkout as a guest or a registered user. Customers are provided with different payment options like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery. All the transactions are safe and secure (encrypted). Orders are shipped via trusted logistic partners and delivered within the promised timelines. Customers can track their order from the website. We offer 15 day return policy.

 

Additionally, the sale / purchase of products shall be governed by specific policies of sale, like cancellation policy, return policy, etc. which can be found under policy section of the website and all of which are incorporated here by reference. In addition, these terms and policies may be further supplemented by product specific conditions, which may be displayed on the webpage of that product.

 

Product Representation & Placing an Order

In the website, on the product detail page, a visual representation of the product together with a product / summary description is provided. While every effort is made to provide accurate visual representations however we cannot guarantee the exactness of such visual representation or description to the finish and appearance of the final product delivered to you. Alterations in certain aspects of your order such as appearance, size or color may be caused due to difference in brands and size charts of different brands, number of pixels in an image, photographic lighting sources, monitor settings and other circumstances that are not within our control.

 

You should not change the delivery / shipping address of the order provided by you after you place the binding order. To rectify any errors in a binding order you must contact our customer care support.

 

Title and risk of loss or damage for all products ordered by you in accordance with these T & C shall pass to you upon your receipt of the product.

 

Quantity, Prices and Payments

The website reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit / debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer or end user should such limits be applied. Additionally, the website also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to any one as it may deem fit.

 

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Prices, available products or other services are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion. Pricing on a product or related service is generally as shown on the website. However, due to technical issues, typographical errors or information received from our suppliers and service providers, prices of the products shown on the website may be incorrect. In such an event, the website shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. The website will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed.

 

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by us, we must receive full payment prior to our acceptance of an order. Payment for the products must be made by credit or debit card, cash on delivery, or some other prearranged payment method specified on the website. Orders are not binding upon us until accepted by us and we reserve the right to decline the acceptance of any order. In no event shall Angels Basket, its directors, officials, representatives and employees be liable for any damages or claims relating to products sold through its various platforms.

 

All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees. The availability of products is subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Angels Basket and orders can be cancelled if the product goes out of stock.

 

Angels Basket reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price which may be higher or lower than published. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and or payment been levied via credit card or cheque or otherwise. In the event the payment has been processed by Angels Basket, the refund amount shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email or sent by cheque.

 

In a credit / debit card transaction, you must use a credit / debit card that is issued in the name of the user. Angels Basket will not be liable for any credit / debit card fraud because of the card being used fraudulently. The liability to use a credit / debit card or a net banking transaction fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

 

Use of the website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Order Cancellation by the Website

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

 

Order Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel your order or some items in your order before we bill and ship the items. You may also exchange the merchandise or get a refund by returning the merchandise (with the exception of perishables, made to order, or items of personal hygiene such as under garments and cosmetics) in unused, saleable condition in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. For details of how to exercise this right please see our Returns Policy. Angels Basket does not accept returns or exchanges of specific toys, cosmetics, innerwear (under garments), swimwear, etc, and any made to order or altered merchandise. In case, we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount, if any, charged to your card. However, orders placed for the loyalty program or gift vouchers cannot be canceled or returned. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Angels Basket and accept Angels Basket decision regarding the cancellation.

 

Applicable Law

The website is created and controlled by Angels Basket. The laws of India shall apply and courts in Delhi / New Delhi shall have jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions and disclaimers. Angels Basket reserves the right to make changes to the website, T & C and disclaimers at any time and without information to the customers or end users of the website or services of Angels Basket. Users are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the T & C contained herein.

 

Severability
